A two-minute voice note from your manager each Sunday counts as a report. If nothing is reported, the line reads “not reported” and the statement still goes out.
How an engagement runs
Each step ends with a decision you make.
- First sessionA session about your business. Afterwards you receive one written page.
- WhatsApp Lead SprintFourteen days. The reply path, one click-to-WhatsApp campaign, statements at day 7 and day 14, and a written memo: continue, change or stop.
- PerformanceThe Sprint, continuing, on a monthly basis with a minimum term agreed in writing. Weekly statement and a monthly review call.
- SignatureFor multi-branch or bilingual accounts. A regular review, a seasonal plan and a quarterly plan.
- Seasonal PackOne season, four weeks: category calendar, campaign set-up and management for ads you supply or approve, and a weekly statement. Planned before the season starts.
Fees are given in writing after the first session. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms. Our commitment covers the scope, the dates and the statement, never a number of leads, bookings or sales.
